APKOrbit respects the rights of software developers, publishers and other copyright owners. Use this page to report material or links on APKOrbit that you believe infringe your rights.
Send a copyright report
Open Contact Us and choose Copyright / DMCA. Identify your concern clearly so the administrator can locate and review the material. Include:
- Your name, a working email address and reasonable contact details.
- The copyrighted work involved and evidence identifying you as the owner or an authorized representative.
- The exact APKOrbit URL for each disputed listing, image, text passage or link, with enough detail to locate the material.
- An explanation of the alleged infringement and the action you are requesting.
- For a formal DMCA notice, a statement that you believe in good faith the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its representative or the law.
- A statement that your information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, together with your physical or electronic signature.
You can type your full name as an electronic signature. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. If the form’s message limit is insufficient, begin with the affected URLs and a concise explanation; the administrator may request further information.
How reports are handled
The administrator reviews the identified APKOrbit material and may request clarification, correct a listing, remove material or disable a disputed link as appropriate. A report does not automatically establish infringement. Please provide accurate information and identify the specific content rather than reporting the entire website without supporting details.
If material you provided has been removed and you believe the report was mistaken, contact the administrator with the affected URL and your explanation. Formal notices and responses can have legal consequences; consult the official requirements or your own adviser where needed.
External sources and ownership
APKOrbit is independent of the developers and third-party services it lists. App names, artwork, trademarks and software belong to their owners. For content hosted elsewhere, the relevant hosting provider may also need to receive your report.
For an explanation of the United States notice-and-takedown framework, see the U.S. Copyright Office’s Section 512 resources. This page provides a reporting route; it does not claim registered designated-agent status or guarantee any statutory safe harbor.
